The Kanagawa Prefectural Police has decided that holding a KUDO black belt will be eligible for qualification bonus points in its 2026 police officer recruitment exam, alongside qualifications such as Judo and Kendo.

Kanagawa Prefecture is home to Yokohama and has a population of approximately 10 million people.

Five Daidojuku branches are active there.
