In accordance with KIF Anti-doping rules, testing will take place at 2023 2023 HOKUTOKI 6th World KUDO Championships scheduled in 2023.　Athletes requiring Therapeutic Use Exemption (“TUE”) are requested to submit an application through the homepage.

TUE is a system that allows, under certain conditions, the use of otherwise prohibited substances when they are required for medical reasons.　If an athlete must use prohibited substances for the purpose of medical treatment it is mandatory that he or she submits an application to seek a TUE.　Please refer to KIF’s homepage for details on how to apply for a TUE.

Athletes having been contacted by KIF to indicate their whereabouts may be subject to Out Of Competition Testing (OOCT) based on the information provided. It is therefore essential that they provide accurate information to allow such testing.
