The day before the World Kudo Cup, the 10th KIF General Assembly was held at the Hotel Avenue, Conference Hall in Burgas, Bulgaria.

The following 19 countries participated:

　Item 5 – Notification of the “KIF International Instructor Qualification Regulations”

　Item 6 – Explanation of the policy for the director election scheduled for spring 2026

　Item 7 – The 4th World Kudo Cup (2029)
