KIF had planned to hold the World Kudo Cup in Italy in June 2025. However, after receiving a kind proposal from Municipality of Burgas, Bulgaria to support the tournament, we have been discussing this matter, and with the consent of Kudo Italia, have decided to hold the tournament in Municipality of Burgas. The event will be conducted with the strong involvement and responsible oversight of the Bulgarian Kudo Federation.

Located on the west coast of the Black Sea, Burgas is the fourth most populous and historic city in Bulgaria, known for its many 19th and early 20th century buildings. In addition to its rich history, Burgas serves as an important industrial and transportation hub, playing a vital role in the economy of the region.

The tournament is scheduled to be held for two days, June 28th and 29th, 2025, and at this time, we have decided to hold a U19 class in addition to the general division. We would also like to positively consider holding classes for U16 and under, but considering the increase in the number of participants, we expect problems in managing the tournament, so we would like to make a careful decision as soon as possible. We hope that many countries will participate in the tournament in the Municipality of Burgas.
