We have attached the materials for the Self-defense Seminar scheduled for the day after the European Championships in Rome.

Participants are encouraged to read this material in advance.

As we announced on May 18, participants in the self-defense seminar on the day will not be required to wear Kudo-gi,  wear some comfortable pants or shorts and T-shirts would be fine.

Alternatively, trousers of Kud-gi and belt may be fine.
