By the end of March, we held the 11th General Meeting via written proceedings and elected the directors and auditors.
Subsequently, we held a Board of Directors meeting via written proceedings and appointed the Head Director and Deputy Head Director. We also received approval for the appointment of an advisor to the Head Director.
